John B. Rizo, Sr., the founding member of the firm, is a 1984 graduate of the Harvard Law School.
Sayra Alcázar is a Mexican Attorney who received her L.L.M. (Master of Laws) in 2004 from Southern Methodist University, and her Juris Doctor degree from La Salle University School of Law in Mexico City, Mexico in 2000. She works on immigration matters under the supervision of the firm's founder and is licensed only in Mexico.
Gloria R. Ortiz, Of Counsel to the firm, is a 2000 graduate of the Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
